My current list of services includes the following:
Yes. Parking lot layout and redesign is one of our specialties. We’ll work with you to create a design that maximizes traffic flow, improves safety, and fully meets ADA requirements. Our goal is to deliver a lot that’s not only organized and efficient but also compliant and welcoming for everyone who uses it.
Yes. We regularly stripe ADA-compliant handicap stalls, crosswalks, and fire lanes to meet local code requirements. These markings are critical for safety and accessibility, and we make sure they’re done clearly, accurately, and to standard.
Project timelines depend on the size of the lot, but for a full crack fill, sealcoat, and striping job you can expect a minimum of three days to allow proper curing between steps. We schedule work in phases and can operate during the day or after hours to minimize disruption to your business.
Most of the time, you won’t need to fully close your lot. For sealcoating, sections may need up to half a day to cure, but we typically schedule work after hours or in phases so your business operations aren’t interrupted. We’re flexible and will work with you to find a solution that minimizes downtime while ensuring the best and most timely results.
Sealcoating needs time to fully cure before traffic can return. In most cases, that’s about 24 hours. Once the surface is ready, we complete the striping, and the paint typically dries within 30 minutes. We’ll give you clear guidance on when it’s safe to reopen your lot so your customers and employees can return with confidence.
We use SCDOT-approved traffic paint and Deery hot-pour crack sealant, both trusted for their durability and performance. For striping, we operate professional, industry-leading equipment that ensures straight, consistent lines and a clean finish. Using the right materials and machines helps us achieve replicable results that look sharp.
On average, fresh striping lasts 12 to 24 months before noticeable fading begins. With a two-coat application of our professional-grade traffic paint, you can expect your lot to look sharp for at least a year under normal conditions. Heavier traffic, harsh weather, or frequent heavy truck use may shorten that lifespan, while routine maintenance like sealcoating can help extend it.
Yes. Because our work depends on proper curing and adhesion, we need dry conditions and moderate temperatures. Rain, extreme heat, or cold can delay a project, and for a full lot restoration we typically need about three consecutive days of favorable weather. While this may affect scheduling, it ensures the quality and longevity of the finished product.
Yes. We use SCDOT-approved traffic paint, designed specifically for roadways and parking lots. This ensures your markings meet state standards for durability, safety, and visibility.
Yes. All of our striping work follows ADA requirements and local code standards. We use SCDOT-approved traffic paint and ensure that handicap spaces, access aisles, and other required markings meet the proper dimensions and visibility standards.
Our pricing is based on the size and scope of your project. For example, crack filling is measured by the linear footage of cracks at least ¼ inch wide, striping is measured by the linear footage of lines to be painted, and sealcoating is measured by the square footage of the lot. This way, you only pay for the exact amount of work your property needs.

The ROI's of striping are numerous: reduced liability, enhanced perceived safety, customer satisfaction, etc. You can find a more detailed answer to this question on our blog; we have series of these sorts of posts entitled: "The Hidden ROI"s of a Well-Striped Lot."
Yes. StripeRyte LLC is fully insured, carrying both general liability and workers’ compensation coverage for your protection. We are also bonded, giving you peace of mind that your property and investment are protected throughout the project.
Yes. StripeRyte provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on all striping projects. This covers issues like peeling or fading under normal conditions. Naturally, it doesn’t cover damage from unusual circumstances (heavy trucks, chemical spills, snow removal, or standing water), but if our work doesn’t hold up the way it should, we’ll take care of it. After the initial 12-month period, StripeRyte provides discounted touch-ups for up to an additional 12-month period.
If you’re unsure about the condition of your lot, we’re happy to assess it and recommend the right maintenance schedule.
To maximize the life of your striping, the key is keeping your lot clean and protected. Regular sweeping helps prevent dirt, sand, and debris from grinding away at the paint. Sealcoating every 2–3 years provides an extra layer of protection against weather, oil, and UV damage. It’s also important to address standing water or drainage issues, since pooling water is one of the fastest ways to break down striping. Finally, keeping heavy trucks and sharp turning traffic away from freshly painted areas will reduce premature wear. With proper care, well-striped lines can last several years before needing a full repaint.
