Sometimes the best results come from putting the right crews together. We teamed up with 1800 Striper of Charleston on this one - our crew handled the seal coating while Ashley's team took care of all the striping. Two specialists, one clean result.

Here's what we were working with - a large commercial lot that needed a full seal coat application across the entire surface. You can see the sealer going down fresh, working its way edge to edge and into every corner. That wet, dark coverage is exactly what you want to see at that stage. It means the asphalt is getting the protection it needs.

Once our work cured, Ashley's crew came in and knocked out the striping. Crisp white parking stalls, clean blue handicap markings, and sharp hash lines in the ADA access aisles. Every line is straight and properly placed. That kind of precision matters - not just for looks, but for compliance and traffic flow too.

A lot of property owners don't realize how much a worn-out parking lot affects first impressions. Faded lines and cracked, oxidized asphalt tell visitors something about how a property is managed. Fresh seal coating slows down that deterioration and gives the surface a clean, uniform look. Add sharp striping on top of that, and the whole lot feels like new.

This is what good subcontracting looks like. When crews respect each other's work and communicate well on site, the finished product shows it. No overlap issues, no rushed application, no corners cut. Just a solid finished lot from start to finish.
