We teamed up with 1-800-STRIPER of Charleston on this Hanahan commercial property, and the result speaks for itself. Two crews, one goal - give this lot a finish that looks sharp and actually holds up over time. That kind of collaboration makes the whole job run smoother, and you can see it in the final product.

Here's what we were working with going in. The asphalt had faded lines, worn-out pavement markings, and an ADA space that was barely readable. That's a problem on two fronts - it looks rough, and it creates real liability issues for a property owner. Faded striping isn't just an eyesore. It's a compliance risk.

Seal coating was the first step. A fresh coat of sealer does more than darken the surface.
