Faded lines and worn-out stencils don't just look rough - they create real confusion for drivers trying to navigate a lot. People park crooked, miss designated spots, and the whole property just feels neglected. That's exactly the kind of situation we walked into on this downtown Charleston job.

The scope here was pretty involved. We handled fresh line striping throughout the lot, re-did numbered stall markings both indoors and outdoors, added clean EV charging spot designations, and stenciled reserved spaces like 'The Cottage' - all crisp white on a dark background so they actually stand out. Indoor concrete parking stalls got the same treatment, which is something a lot of properties overlook entirely.

What makes a job like this work is consistency. Every stall marker, every boundary line, every designation needs to read clearly and match up. When you're dealing with a mix of surfaces - asphalt outside, concrete inside - you have to know what you're doing to get that clean, uniform result across the board.

The difference between before and after is hard to miss. Worn, faded paint that barely registered is now sharp and easy to read. Drivers know exactly where to go, which spots are reserved, and where the EV stalls are. For a property in a high-traffic area like downtown Charleston, that kind of clarity matters - for the people using the lot and for the way the property presents itself.

Good striping is one of those things that seems small until it's done right. Then you notice it every single time you pull in.
